MagSafe chargers vs usb-c cable end fraying

Are MagSafe chargers less susceptible to the ends of the cable fraying compared to usb-c?
 
I've not had a lot of fraying either way - but I'd guess that MagSafe is going to be less likely to, in that the cable isn't going to be stressed since it can pivot around to point whatever direction is needed.
