Of course USB-C PD does go up to 20V. Anyway, still stands that clearly you can eke out more still on Lightning...

In the end, let's just forget the MagSafe idea. I'd rather just charge with the USB-C to Lightning wired connection. Besides, I use an Anker PowerElite II charger (two 12 watt/2.4 ampere USB-A ports) and not experienced charging speed issues with my iPad Pro 10.5" and iPhone 12, so.... 🤷‍♂️

While true, I am used to using the 12 watt/2.4 ampere charging connection from my Anker chargers. They work well and charge both my iPhone 12 and iPad Pro 10.5" with reasonable speed.

Umm, no surprise there.... 20W wired vs 15W MagSafe vs 7.5W Qi. What would one expect?
