While the language shouldn't be a problem, you don't have an Apple Store to go to - only "Apple Premium Resellers." I have some good experience with them exchanging a dead iMac that I bought with them, but don't know how they measure up for normal repairs. I don't give you much chance with this issue, which should come down to goodwill from Apple.
