MagSafe problem

Hi, My MagSafe keeps turning on and off I think its the little tare in the plastic cover on the wire is causing the problem do you think would replace it. Also there was a bit of smoke came off it I have unplugged it now.

They replaced mine when the wire melted through, so yes 🙂

Mine started smoking... They replaced mine but everyone on MR called me a liar and said I was pulling a prank. Well I guess now that there are more of us I was right 🙂

Ok now it doesn't work at all I've only got 12mins of battery in my MacBook.
EDIT: How long does it take to get a new one.

Couple days. Unless they have one right there for you.

I phoned the store beforehand. They told me to go in and ask for the manager, who was notified when I called. He had one when I got there 🙂
