Magsafe Replacement Question

Hey guys,

My Magsafe adapter just died on me. No lights or charge. I have the T shaped version that came with my 13" MBP. I tried my friends L shaped adapter and it charges so I can confirm that mines is dead.

I do have Applecare until next year so I'm pretty sure they will replace it at the Apple store? I was wondering if I need to bring in the laptop too or will the adapter alone work?

Thats all they need, a quick test to confirm (and your Applecare details) and they will replace it. No need to cart your Air in too.

Make sure you know the serial number of your computer - it'll make things MUCH easier
