I'm looking for a stand for my desk where I can use MagSafe to prop up my iPhone at an angle but I don't want it to charge my iPhone. My use case is to just have a dedicated place for my iPhone where I can easily unlock with FaceID, quickly view notifications, or even go on a quick FaceTime call, instead of just having my iPhone flat on the desk. Also, I'm not really interested in 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 options where you can charge Apple Watch and AirPods.

I guess it doesn't necessarily have to be MagSafe but I think those stands are a little more sleeker.

Second this. We’re thinking about using exactly a stand as you are describing for our 13 and 13 mini to use Continuity Camera. Not interested in MagSafe charging though.

There are mounts specifically for this purpose...

There are others too. I would not use the ones in the previous post that sit on your desk though, unless you want show off your nostrils. A co-worker had a Dell XPS laptop where the camera was below the display...not a nice view. ;)

I highly recommend the Peak Design Mobile Tripod, which is MagSafe compatible.
Acts as a stand, very portable and comes with a pouch.
However it’s more on the expansive side.

When I travel I just dont want to bring another device so I just use my pop socket , it’s works great too.

Moft’s tripod or wallet/stand could be a good option. Awesome products and customer service. Check them out
