Mail 2 signatures Help!

Okay,

In Mail 2 I want to create signatures for my accounts but there is no option for this when I open preferences. My system at home has this option. My system at work does not. Can anyone tell me why it is missing and how to fix? Aside from this everything seems to work.

I also updated to 10.4.2 and it still didn't fix.

Isn't there a Signatures between Composing and Rules in Mail preferences...??? 😕

I had to the button in the top right corner clicked which hides these options.
