Sorry if this has been asked, or if it's really obvious...
I could have sworn I saw an option to delete messages on the server as well, and not just the local copy, but I can't find it. I unchecked "store deleted messages on server", but the behavior seems the same. How do I make it so that deleting a message in Mail will delete it on the server as well? (I am using Gmail.) It does it on the iPhone/iPad with no extra configuration, so it seems it should at least be possible.
