Mail Address History

I have deleted a contact from my address book, but somehow Mail still is able to know the address if I type the persons name in to to field in a new msg. Is there a way to remove e-mail addresses from Mail that are no longer a contact?

In Mail, go to Windows, Previous Recipients. Then find the one you want and remove it.
