I have configured my AOL account on my Mac Mini for my mom, but when my dad uses his ****** windows computer, all the mail is not on the AOL program. How can I make it so that everything is copied from AOL mail to Mail?

You're using IMAP to connect to AOL, right? You shouldn't have to do anything special -- as long as you leave the mail in the server folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc), it should be available on any computer that's connected to that IMAP account as well as from the web interface.

as the poster above said...it is important that you use imap as the protocol and to not delete the messages on the server.
you might want to take a look in the account preferences (in mail) to see whether you have set up that retrieved mail will be deleted automatically. if yes turning that off might help.
