On first launch, Mail provides an import dialog. Otherwise, there's an Import Mailboxes command under the File menu.

I would imagine you can export on your Windows computer.

Network a folder on your Windows computer. Connect to it on your Mac. Then, import it on your Mac.


Could I be wrong? 🙁
