Mail.app and archive/delete keyboard shortcuts

So, after trying every single email app on the Mac - I am thinking about going back to Mail.

But... the one thing I would like is Delete to Archive and Command-delete to Delete. Is there a way to use the delete key in a custom keyboard shortcut?
