Is it possible to configure Mail.app to mark messages that have been read to be marked as read also on the Gmail server?
I hate having 13 new messages in my mail.app ... reading them all, and then being on my iphone and having to click on them all or delete them to apply them as read.
Opening the messages on the iphone's mail.app marks the messages as read on the gmail server also.
Marking the messages as read using Gmail's native email site, the messages are also marked as read on the iphone mail.app.
Why doesn't the native mail.app in OS/x do this?
