iPhone 14 Pro Max Mail app background usage!

Anyone else? This started happening on my 14 pm just two days ago. Never seen it before and I haven’t changed any setting….14 hours background time??

By resyncing you mean deleting the account and adding it again?

I don’t have push on and never have. I have fetch on every 30 minutes. All settings are the same as they have always been and all of a sudden mail atarts using 15 hours background activity? Doesn’t make sense

Yep, worth a try if it's stuck doing something. Or simply re-starting the phone could solve the issue if not already tried.

Ended up deleting the app and downloading gmail instead. I have been wanting to try the different mail apps so no better time than the present 😀 hopefully if I download it again it will solve the issue 👍🏻😊
