Mail.app - Folders

Is it possible to have folders (like on Outlook) where I can drag an email to store under that certain folders' category?
I feel a bit of a berk asking as I've been a Mac user for years but.. oh well 😱

Yes, you can create folders (called mailboxes) under the Mailbox menu
