Mail.app/gmail and threading

I have a bunch of emails I need to send out individually to people (not a grouped email), but they need the same "subject". Upon sending it out, it looks like Mail.app and Gmail grouped those emails together because they have the same subject line. Does that mean the other emails are actually visible to the other people or are they just grouped together in my view due to them having the same subject?

They're only grouped together in your view.
