Mail.app MenuBar

What is the best way to get the unread inbox count from Mail.app in the menu bar. I hide my dock so I'd like to know the count without having to bring up the dock.

I use Mail Unread Menu and I like it a lot. I used to use Google Notifier, but I got tired of having to load gmail in firefox in order to mark my messages as read.
