Everything syncs on Mac Mail (and native Outlook apps) apps sync across devices/accounts EXCEPT deleted messages when I delete from the Mac side (then they don't sync). New emails generated from the Mac work and can be sent, it just doesn't sync when I delete messages.
Here is an example of my problem.
1. I receive a new email. It instantly shows up in any Outlook app and on Apple Mail on my iPad/iPhone. It appears on my Mac laptop when Mail.app retrieves mail. WORKS AS EXPECTED.
2. If I delete any email via any Outlook app or iOS Apple mail app, it instantly is deleted all accounts, my iPhone/iPad, and my Macs. The deleted message is moved to the “Deleted” folder in outlook, the “Trash” folder on my iPad, and the “Deleted” on my Mac laptop. WORKS AS EXPECTED.
3. If I delete any email via either of my Macs, it's never deleted from any Outlook app, nor syncs with any iOS device Apple mail app. It just stays in the inbox on the Outlooks apps and Apple mail apps on iOS devices. DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED.
I have logged in and out of these accounts multiple times to test, and even had my IT department reset my Microsoft Authenticator and passwords just to force new log ins.
Any ideas?
