Mail app: 'Notify Me' Master List?

The 'notify me' email feature appears to be quite useful, considering how I am still able to get notifications for select email (despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' mode on permanently).

Is there a 'master list' for 'Notify Me' emails, so I can keep track (and turn them on and off)?

The have a list for VIP but I'm not sure if there is one for the individual "notify me" ones. They do have a smart mailbox for them in the Mail app called "Thread Notifications" where you can see all of the messages in one place.

As for DND--are the "notify me" notifications somehow bypassing DND?
