Mail app problem - extract BCC group.

    Hi there,

    I have a small issue i'd like to get resolved. I am trying to extract an email group fron an email i sent a while ago. I have the email but i need to extract the BCC group from it. because it was sent with BCC group in the address field it is blank.
    Can anyone help me or advise me what to do.

    That is not how email works. What you are asking for can't be done--not unless you saved a draft. Open a copy of your "Sent" message in a text editor. This will show every jot and tittle in your message. You BCC addresses are nowhere in sight.

    In the future, keep a copy of your BCC email addresses in a text file. When you need to use them, paste them en masse into the Bcc field.

    We USED to be able to see the Bcc recipients but when did Apple change MAIL so that we now have to maintain a separate list?

    It's much less convenient when we want to follow up.

    I wonder why APPLE doesn't allow us to do this now (track whom we sent emails to whether To, Cc or Bcc?:rolleyes:
