mail.app - selection

hi

this maybe a totally stupid question so i apologise now.

i get over 30/40 emails a day, in outlook after you have read an email, you can just click up or down to read the next one. does mail.app in SL have any option like this?

i find myself having to click the email, read it, goto the red circle, then start again, i want something that is a bit, ermmm, quicker?

any ideas or have i missed something entirely?

Do you have the Viewing pane visible? I use a plugin caleld Letterbox that allows a 3-column view. I find it much easier to use that the default "split" view. That way you don't have to open each message in separate windows.
