When I click on links in emails in the Mail app, I get:

Error
No associated application could be found.

If I click on the down arrow next to a link, the quick view thing works, but at the top, the button says "Open with WebKit (144934)". When I click on this, nothing happens.

I'm reasonably sure that it's because of me installing and removing WebKit.

I installed it a while back to cure the scroll stutter. Then apple released the latest update, which fixed Safari, so I uninstalled WebKit. Well, I say uninstalled, but all I did was move it into the Trash.

What do I need to do to ensure that WebKit is fully uninstalled, and how do I get the links in my emails to fire off Safari?

Thanks.

Open Safari and hit command-comma to open Preferences, then set Safari as the default browser in the dropdown at the top.

Perfect! Thankyouverymuch! :D

I notice that there are several versions of WebKit in there to choose from. Do I need to do anything more than drag the WebKit app to the Trash to fully uninstall it?
