Hi all !
I use sky.com and Mail, and have my own domain name & e mail.

After following all of SKY's instructions to the letter, using my own domain name as the e mail assdress I finally got my outgoing mail to work and, it seemed that everything was running smoothly...until... i suddenly had loads of people asking why i was using a new (sky) e mail address. I also was not receiving replies to my own e mails ! it turns out that every outgoing e mail is sent as my sky.com address instead of my own domain address. This looks totally naff in my clients inbox - totally unprofessional and when people reply to one of my mails, they automatically reply to my sky.com inbox - which until a while ago wasnt getting forwarded onto my own domain !

PLEASE... does anyone know how to get Mail to send from my own domain address instead of xxxxx@sky.com ? i think it could be to do with having to use SSL, but I know no way around it at the moment !

Can anyone help ?

Don't panic-I had the same problem. All you need to do is change the outgoing mail server to the same address as your incoming - ie forget using smtp.tools.sky.com and replace with whatever you use as your incoming. Then ensure it is authenticated with your own user name and password (for your email, not the sky one). It should all work fine after that.
