Mail ask for password daily

I have two mail accounts and it ask for the password about 3 to five times daily, I always check save password, any idea to resolve that

in the Preferences under Accounts put in the password for your account.

I changed the frequency Mail checks for new messages from 5 to 15 mins and I haven't had the problem since.
