Hi All.

I have a client that asks "how do I set Auto-Capitalization on Mac Mail?" What she is refering to is as she types, if she does not manually capitalize a word, she wants the "spell check" to do it for her. I have researched this issue to no avail. Does this feature even exist on mail? PLEASE HELP!

Thanks! :) :apple:

The Mac shortcut for this is holding down the shift key as you type the letter. :p Sorry I really couldn't resist! lol

Seriously, I have no idea so i'd be zero help do you on this. Best of luck to your client though.

I have the same issue. i know its because i have bad typing habits but hey thats life! What I'm referring to is that mac doesn't automatically capitalize the first letter of a sentence and also does not automatically capitalize i's when typed alone.
I know that most people will just say hit the **** button but being a PC convert I miss those features.

Automatic capitalization first word in sentence

TextExpander has a preference that will do this.
