Mail Crashes In iOS 9 / Exchange Account

Hi all, can someone help me diagnose why mail would crash (Repeatable) on a new iPhone 6 when adding a message to an existing folder?

Behavior:

Open Mail/Select Message/Press Folder Button/Mail Application Crash

I'm trying to avoid a device wipe or reset if possible although its only been in use for 2 days by the end user.

I had this exact same issue, every time I tried to move a message on an exchange account (iOS 9). Deleting and reinstalling the account did nothing. Sadly the only thing that worked for me was the dreaded wipe.
