Everything with Yosemite is running smoothly with one exception - Mail. Even before the most recent build, mail has been crashing within seconds of the app launching.
When it crashes I get a whole long bit of code for the report with this at the top:

Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSRangeException', reason: '*** -[NSConcreteTextStorage attribute:atIndex:longestEffectiveRange:inRange:]: Range or index out of bounds'
abort() called
terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException

Any suggestions? Is this a Yosemite issue or something else?

Mail Crashing Yosemite

I have the same problem. Have updated the latest fix for Mail and now the app crashes every time i try to open. The reason:

Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread

Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000

Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSRangeException', reason: '*** -[NSConcreteTextStorage attribute:atIndex:longestEffectiveRange:inRange:]: Range or index out of bounds'
abort() called
terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException

Look forward to any ideas on fixing this.

I'm having this issue also. Started 30 minutes ago out of nowhere and renders the Mail app useless. Hoping for a quick fix.
