Mail - delete server

Hi,

I have deleted a few email accounts from mail the are gone from the accounts screen in mail/preferences

My questions where or how do I remove all the old server info?

I looked in library/mail but was not sure what I could remove or not

Mail - Preferences - Accounts - Outgoing Mail Server - Edit Server List - Select server then press the "-" button.
