Mail Died.

For some reason Mail decides to crash every time I use it. When I go online (have ethernet plugged in or on wireless), the mailbox tries to sync then gives an error. See image.

The best part is that a draft message keeps continually appearing in the drafts folder...it's like my mac has aids.

I just want to use mail as my email manager...I tried deleting the application and reinstalling it but that seemed to do nothing...

I'm fairly new to macs so not sure how to properly uninstall things. Any ideas? Or is it thunderbird for me?

If you create a new user account and set up your email there, does it work normally? If so, then the problem is within your current Home account.

Ah, a great idea. I knew I wasn't thinking clearly.

Thanks. I deleted the account and made a new one and it seems to be working fine. 🙂
