Mail does not work after disconnecting VPN

    my work IMAP account will not connect after using my vpn, it constantly asks for a password, even if I enter the password it does not work, any ideas what I can do? The mail server is an exchange box with imap enabled, I dont use vpn to the mail server.

    Try restarting the Mail.app after you close your VPN connection. Also, make sure your VPN connection does not filter all your traffic. A lot of times, VPN makes it so that any online activity you do, it takes it all.
