mail doesn´t work on EDGE

Hello,
i have a jailbroken 1.1.3 iphone in germany running on tmobile.
with all the other providers everything worked but now mail isn´t working on edge anymore.... (imap)
everything is working on wifi and safari is working on edge so
what could be the problem with that ??? I´ve tried resetting network settings but that didn´t work ??? any ideas ?

mmh seems like my provider has blocked the ports for the mail.app on my "unlimited" data plan ...
