Mail doesn't automatically receive mail from Exchange Account

Anyone having issues with mail not automatically receiving mail from Exchange accounts. I can only get the new mail to show up but manually pressing the Get Mail button or by changing the setting from Automatic to Fetch every x minutes.

Really annoying.

As far as I know, Desktop mail clients don't support Push like mobile devices. Only Fetch (even for Exchange).
