Mail doesn't reconnect when changing wifi networks

Hi everyone,

We're having trouble with a MacBook Air. Basically when it goes from one wifi network to another (e.g. office to home and vice-versa), the Mail application doesn't reconnect properly. It brings up the ! in a triangle, and when clicked will ask to reconnect all accounts. However, this fails, and the only way to get Mail working is to quit and reopen it, which is annoying the heck out of the user.

Any suggestions for fixing this behaviour?
