I don't know when this happened because I've never noticed it until now.

My messages in Mail and when I'm writing messages look like this:

This is an example of how text looks in m
y Mail application. It doesn't wrap the text and sepera
tes letters at the end of each line."


How do I fix this?!

Did you find a solution? Mail randomly started doing the same thing to me.

Nope - but I did a reinstall of OS X since then and it is fine now.

I was able to resolve this by opening a new message and clicking on stationary. For whatever reason selecting one of the templates resolved this issue for me.

Agree with BlairRep

I had the exact same problem. Using Stationery once when composing a message made the problem go away, just like BlairRep reported.
