Mail Drop - viewing files in iCloud?

Is there a way to view the files you send via Mail Drop in iCloud? I clicked my iCloud drive and see nothing even though I have sent a 100MB file via Mail Drop.

Maildrop ≠ iCloud

Maildrop uses Apple's servers to store your mail attachment and gives you a link.

Sounds like apple are missing a trick here. Would be nice to access the file in your iCloud drive for a while or even see a timer for how long the file is valid for
