Mail finder window shows default...

When you open mail, it automatically opens the bottom email on the inbox list....

this is driving me insane! i like my newest email to be on top, but every time i open mail it default opens the oldest email and then i have to scroll all the way to the top.

tried resetting newest email top/bottom, tried deleting a load of p-files. Even reinstalled yosemite twice!

can't seem to find a fix, my macbook running mavericks doesn't do this, so is it a yosemite mail bug or has sum1 found a fix?

I have the same problem; I've submitted a report. Meanwhile, a fast way to get to the top of the list is to click on the top bar. 🙂
