Mail Folders?: Mail on iPhone

Okay... so I've created mail folders in mail on my Mac, but how am i suppose to get the folders on my iPhone

Use an IMAP email account and then create folders inside that account.

Folders created "On My Mac" are local. They won't affect your phone.
I don't use POP - because I have a lot of devices all sharing accounts and I like to keep them all synced.

Try creating folders under the POP account heading.
