I'm trying to help my parents set up their new emac. They have net zero as their provider and I was wondering if there's any way they can use mail 2.0 to access their e-mail. I have a .mac account so I'm not fimiliar with setting it up any other way. Thanks

I'm not sure if netzero is pop3, but I suppose it is. Just call up netzero and ask them what there pop3 servers/smtp servers are. Also, make sure you know your parents username/password for netzero e-mail. Then you use the Mail set-up assistant to walk you trough most of the settings!

calling the ISP is the best bet in these situations.
A 5 minute call (or couple of emails) usually is all you'll ever need.
