I am receiving emails from a trusted source but they keep going to the spam folder. These emails are not marked as spam (e.g. with mark/unmark as spam header) but just go there. I have checked the previous recipients list and the sender in not there although I have sent emails to them. They are also in my contacts. How do I add to this list?

Are these single emails directly from the sender to you...or are they some sort of group or mass emailings?

You can make a Rule to move mail that's from any of your contacts to your Inbox. For mass mailing services I'm not sure if it would work.

Hi,

see in Mail / Preferences / Junk Mail

You can chose to "Mark as junk mail, but leave in my inbox".

Also, see options under "The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering".

Hi,

Also, see options under "The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering".

Where do I find that?

My junk prefs are as this.
