Mail in SL has mixes us messages!

Hello,

My mail app in sl has gotten all wonky. (Yet another wonkiness of SL!)
In "All Mail" (gmail imap) i cannot read the correct mail message. I click on one message, and I read in the viewer a message that is five years old.

Is there any way to rebuild the mailbox?
