Mail inbox

    I have three email accounts (pop) and messages display in the inbox as well as in the appropriate folders. I wish to delete messages from inbox but leave them in appropriate account inbox. If I delete the messages from inbox or named folders, they all disappear when i really just want the 'inbox' clean

    Can i not move message to designated folder and have it not showing in inbox?

    example:

    Inbox (keep clean)

    Office (3)
    Copy (12)
    John (33)

    Click and drag the emails from the inbox into the desired folders and it should be fine.
