Mail Includes Original Attachments upon Replying

Title says it all. Never had this issue before. Now when I receive an email with attachments and go on to reply to it (CMD + R or reply button), it automatically includes original attachments and sends to the sender. How can I disable this?

You need to uncheck the setting below.
