In the mail app, sometimes I want to left swipe on a mail message to access the "More" menu. However I notice that when I do a long swype, the message gets deleted before I have the chance to choose between the "More" and "Delete" options. If I am careful to perform a short swype, instant deletion does not happen. Is there a way to prevent this behaviour other than taking care to make short swypes? Basically I want to be presented with the "More" and "Delete" options regardless of the length of swype. I have disabled swype options in settings, and have switched on "Ask before Deleting". However, ask before deleting does not seem to work for this method of deletion. I'm using iOS 8.1.2 on an iPad Mini 2.
