Hello All,

I'm having a semi-serious issue with the Apple Mail program. Every time new Mail arrives it is automatically sent to the Junk Mail folder. It doesnt matter if its my Time Warner email or Gmail accounts. All the new mail is labeled as Junk Mail.

Junk Mail Settings:

Enable junk mail filtering: enabled

When junk mail arrives: move to junk mail folder

The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering:
sender is in my address book
sender is in previous recipients

Trust junk mail headers sent by my ISP: enabled

I honestly cant figure out why all the mail is sent directly to my Junk Mail folder(s). I'm nearly ready to uninstall all the mail accounts I have setup in Mail and try and figure out a way to reset all settings in Mail back to factory defaults and try re-adding all the mail accounts back into Mail....

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Joe

hmm,

for the first few weeks, I set the prefs to mark it as junk, but leave it in my inbox, this would allow mail to learn what is junk. After that, I then set it to move automatically to the junk folder, and there hasn't been a problem since.
