I have two issues with mail since the upgrade. the first is that my on my mac folder shows up twice on in the mail window and it's acting wierd. the first instance shows up under the smart mailboxes and the last at the end. they are exactly the same. if i click the arrow at the first instance it closes the second but won't open it.

the second is my RSS feeds aren't showing up and yea i set mail as the default rss, when i add them nothing happens.

and the third is i have one account that has two email in it. i can not delete them. if i try and delete them they turn grey, and then turn back to black and i can't delete them at all.

I had this issue. I dragged then one that didn't open to mail trash and that fixed it.

The issue I am having now, is that junk mail isn't being put into the junk folder and I have it set to do that in the settings.
