Mail Issues with iOS 18.3?

I am having mail issues with iOS 18.3. Some accounts are not pushing or fetching email correctly. I deleted then reinstalled accounts, but the problem continues. Anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Same here since the release of 18.0.

The Mail app does nothing unless the iPhone is on charge or you physically open the app.
