iPhone Mail keeps removing and redownloding all email

It appears to be random. All emails get removed and then mail downloads them again. Any one experienced this and know why it is happening? It is a yahoo mail account (Rogers).

Snap!! Been happening to me when using the default Mail App since first release of iOS 11.
