Mail not connecting with iCloud since the last Mac update

Since the last mac update, I've been having problems with Mail. It keeps throwing up errors whenever I try to send anything, and has been unable to receive any mail.

Anyone got any idea what's wrong? I'm having to sign in to iCloud on the web atm, with is rather frustrating.
