Mail notification Delete button

I'm not seeing the Delete button on the notification badges for mail. Still "Close and Reply". I thought it was changed to "Delete and Reply". Anyone else having this problem? I have Gmail account configured in mail. Does it maybe only work with iCloud Mail?
