Mail Peeking Software?

is there anything like www.poppeeper.com for OS X?
basically, an app that allows me to peek at my pop3 accounts, if it's spam or someone sent me a 5 MB stupid funny video I can just delete it from server without it ever getting downloaded to my local mailbox.

There's POPmonitor. It's shareware and I have no idea what it's like I'm afraid, but it will do what you want.
